Resveratrol Synergy Ingredients
In addition to resveratrol, this natural supplement contains grape seed and skin extracts, green tea extracts, Cellulose, calcium phosphate, modified cellulose gum, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide, for a balanced combination of antioxidant-rich botanicals.
Despite its ingredients, we do have one concern with Resveratrol Synergy. Jarrow Formula promotes Resveratrol Synergy as having 200mg of resveratrol (3,4,5-trihydroxystilbene) per capsule. However, should you take a closer look at the bottle, it will be evident that each capsule, in fact, has a mere 16mg of resveratrol. The recommended daily dosage for resveratrol is 40mg for optimum effects, which means you'd have to take at least 3 capsules of Resveratrol Synergy a day.
